    We have created a precise size chart for each clothing item on our site to minimise any issues with sizing and exchanges.

    Please kindly check the size chart on each item and use our MEASURING GUIDE to make sure your size is correct. 

    Shipping back to Indonesia can be costly and you will be responsible for paying all costs incurred to ship and return your items back and forth.

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. 


    • Orders can not be cancelled once they have already been fulfilled or produced. 

    • Intimate items cannot be exchanged so please make contact us to make sure you get the correct size of bikini bottoms.


    • Refunds or exchanges are only issued for full-price items only.


    • Items bought on Sale or discounted items will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 


    • Your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Items must be returned with hang tags in original condition and will not be 
accepted, exchanged or refunded if altered or if there are any signs of damage or wear. 


    • Please notify 
us at and give us a reason for the return / Exchange within 7 days of delivery.


    • Please return any items within 21 days of 
the date of delivery. 

    • Items not received within 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted for refund or exchange.


    • Please provide a tracking number when shipping the item back to us so we can track the package. 

    • Once we receive your return and providing all these criteria have been met the refund or exchange will be agreed by our team. 

    • Once agreed we will email you and issue a full refund or exchange excluding the cost of shipping.

    • If for any reason you refuse a package from us and it gets shipped back to Indonesia, we will not be responsible for the costs to receive your items back and we will not be providing you with a refund.

    • All our Stellar Dust pieces are checked by our quality control team before being packed and sent out to you. 

    • In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, Please email us at within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof that it arrived faulty or damaged. 

    • If there are any missing items from your order, Please email us at within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof that the items are missing. 

    • We do not require you to ship the items back if they are faulty.

    • If the proof has been checked and agreed upon by our team we will ship out a new replacement item to you at our cost. 

    • For missing items, If the proof has been checked and agreed upon by our team we will ship out a new item to you at our cost.
